Asgarnia's Chaos Temple: This location is one of the most popular spots to collect Wine of Zamorak since it is accessible in both free-to-play (F2P) and members' worlds. The major advantage is the absence of potential player-versus-player (PvP) encounters. However, you will face aggressive monks of Zamorak, which will damage you and lower your stats. To collect the wine, you need to use the telekinetic grab spell. There are two spawns in the temple, one on each level. The upper level has a single monk, while the lower level has over 18 monks. Access to the superior level requires a total level of 500. Additionally, you will need air and law runes, as well as level 33 Magic, to cast telekinetic grab. Equipping either the Zamorak monk robe or the Vestment robe is necessary to prevent aggression from the monk on the upper floor. Although this method reduces overall profits due to the cost of casting the spell, it minimizes the need for stat restoration, food, and potions.

Wilderness Chaos Temple: Collecting Wine of Zamorak at the Wilderness Chaos Temple is highly discouraged due to the risk of PvP encounters. This location is primarily used by players training their prayer skills, making it a hotspot for PKers.

Deep Wilderness Dungeon: An alternative to Asgarnia's Chaos Temple is the Deep Wilderness Dungeon. Completing the hard Wilderness diary will allow you to collect Wine of Zamorak in noted form, enabling you to gather more while still having food and potions in your inventory for self-defense against PKers. The deep Wilderness dungeon is not as active as other areas in the Wilderness. The wine spawns much faster here, with a frequency of as little as 2 seconds in highly populated worlds and3 seconds in low-populated worlds. To collect the wine, you must use the telekinetic grab spell and have a minimum agility level of 46. Completing the medium Wilderness diary is also necessary to access the agility shortcut inside the dungeon, which reduces the running distance. To reach the deep Wilderness dungeon, pull the lever in Edgeville and have a knife or slash weapon in your inventory.
