OSRS Deadman Annihilation Guide
Feb-14-2026 PSTThis guide is designed to help you farm points in the lowest combat bracket of Old School RuneScape Deadman Annihilation as safely and efficiently as possible. The objective is simple: accumulate skull points with minimal PvP risk and convert them into meaningful profit for the main game.
No prior PvP experience is required. The methods below focus on controlled progression, bracket locking, and leveraging sigils and safe-zone activities to avoid unnecessary deaths.
Starting in Deadman Mode
Upon logging in:
· Spawn in Varrock.
· Open your starter pack.
· Equip your Chronicle and starter staff.
· Defensive cast while running to train Magic and Hitpoints simultaneously.
· Select Sigil of Menacing Mage (free).
· Unlock Sigil of Lithe early for Agility XP and shortcut access.
Early Setup Route
1. Chronicle teleport.
2. Enter Champions’ Guild.
3. Speak to the Guildmaster and start Dragon Slayer I.
4. Run to Edgeville and bank everything except:
· Starter staff
· 25 coins
5. Set a bank PIN (Jagex account) to later claim a lamp from Count Check.
6. Speak to Oziach.
7. Speak to the Emblem Trader.
8. Pickpocket men to 7 Thieving.
9. Buy a team cape from Richard and equip it in the Wilderness.
10. Start Enter the Abyss.
Continue through:
· Ferox Enclave (collect 2 iron bars)
· Graveyard of Shadows (12 planks)
· Bank at Ferox and grab tuna + looting bag
This structured routing minimizes Wilderness exposure while stacking early diary and quest requirements.
Prayer & Passive Point Farming
Your first major power spike comes from 43 Prayer.
You have three primary options:
· Loot 57 big bones from the Bone Yard.
· Kill 7+ green dragons.
· Use fairy ring AJP to access Colossal Wyrm Agility for bones.
Use all bones at the Wilderness Chaos Altar. With correct efficiency, you should reach 43 Prayer.
Then:
· Suicide via Wine of Zamorak.
· Reclaim gear.
· Complete Stronghold of Security for 10K.
· Progress Dragon Slayer dialogue for dragonfire protection.
From here, you transition into questing and diary stacking.
Efficient Quest & Diary Stacking
The next phase focuses on:
· Farming patch raking + composting for passive Farming XP
· Essence mine teleports for diary tasks
· Rooftop Agility laps
· Fairy ring unlock routing
· Entering and exiting specific regions for task completions
· Killing low-tier monsters for easy objectives
Complete:
· Daddy's Home
· Monk's Friend
· Natural History Quiz (Varrock Museum)
· Diary shortcut tasks via fairy rings
· Thieving milestones
· Firemaking thresholds
You should also:
· Train Construction through chair-building cycles.
· Progress Hunter to 37 using museum lamps.
· Telegrab gold bars if 33 Magic is achieved.
At this stage, your skull point count should be climbing steadily while remaining in the lowest bracket.
Midgame Setup: Combat Lock & Preparation
Once your stats approach:
· 50 Attack
· 43 Strength
· 40 Defence
· 61 Hitpoints
· 62 Ranged
· 62 Magic
· 45 Prayer
You should be around 60 Combat. Speak to Nigel in Lumbridge and lock your stats to remain in the bracket. This is the critical control step. Remaining bracket-locked prevents facing higher-level PKers and keeps breaches safer.
The Master Plan: Two Profitable Paths
After completing the structured setup, you should have approximately 4.5K skull points. From here, choose one of two optimized strategies.
Path 1: Breach Damage Specialist (Low Risk, High Efficiency)
This path is for players who want:
· Minimal playtime
· Maximum points per login
· Controlled exposure to PvP
Money While Waiting for Breaches
· Seers’ Village Rooftop with Sigil of Agile Fortune
· 85 Thieving → Pickpocket gnomes in Tree Gnome Village
· Guards in Ardougne
· Master Farmers in Varlamore
Complete A Kingdom Divided to unlock thralls.
Then equip:
· Sigil of Augmented Thralls
This massively increases breach damage contribution, which determines skull point payout.
Strategy:
Log in only during breach timers. Deal consistent damage. Log out immediately afterward. No unnecessary risk. Pure efficiency.
Path 2: Song of the Elves Safe-Zone Strategy
Many low-combat players avoid Song of the Elves, which unlocks Prifddinas. In Deadman Annihilation, this becomes a powerful low-traffic safe zone with high-tier content and limited danger.
Required 70 Skills
You’ll need:
· 70 Woodcutting
· 70 Hunter
· 70 Smithing
· 70 Construction
· 70 Farming
· 70 Herblore
Woodcutting (to 70)
Use:
· Sigil of Enhanced Harvest
· Sigil of Remote Storage
· Sigil of Hoarding
Methods:
· Wintertodt to 70 (profit + points)
· Teak trees in Ape Atoll
Hunter (to 70)
With Sigil of the Hunter:
· Sapphire Glacialis
· Spotted Kebbit
· Dark Kebbit
· Dashing Kebbit
· Or Red Chinchompas from 53+
Smithing
Finish The Knight's Sword for 52 Smithing.
Then:
· Train traditionally
· Or complete Sleeping Giants for Giants’ Foundry efficiency
Construction
Options:
· Wintertodt braziers
· Tempoross
· GE plank training
Farming & Herblore
Use:
· Sigil of Remote Storage
· Sigil of Enhanced Harvest
· Sigil of Deception
Pickpocket Master Farmers and complete Farming contracts for herb stacking. Convert directly into Herblore XP. This is extremely profitable due to potion demand during breaches.
Once Inside Prifddinas
You can safely:
· Pickpocket elves
· Chop teak/mahogany
· Complete Zalcano
· Catch red chins
· Kill black dragons
· Farm Iorwerth Dungeon
· Run The Gauntlet
Low traffic + high-tier resources = strong point farming and OSRS gold generation.
Final Notes
This guide is built around:
· Bracket control
· Risk minimization
· Efficient quest stacking
· Sigil optimization
· Selective PvP engagement
Whether you choose the breach specialist route or the Prifddinas unlock strategy, you can generate substantial skull points with limited PvP skill required.
If your goal is to get ahead quickly in Deadman Annihilation, you may also supplement your grind through external gold acquisition — allowing you to accelerate gear progression and maximize breach damage output.
Execute the plan cleanly, avoid unnecessary combat level gains, and Deadman Annihilation becomes a calculated farming opportunity rather than a survival gamble.
